On the eve of completing 2 years succesfully in CTS!!!

చందు: ఏం నేర్చుకున్నాను సర్, నేను ఈ కంపెనీకి వొచ్చి???
ఇక్కడికి వొచ్చినప్పుడు ఎంత confusion లో వున్నానో, ఇప్పుడూ అంతే confusion లో వున్నాను సర్...
ఏం సాధించాను సర్ నేను ఈ 2 సంవత్సరాల్లో???

ఇక్కడికొచ్చాక నీకు student life కి employee life కి మధ్య తేడా తెలిసింది...
Onsite కి Offshore కి...
Java కి Mainframes కి...
Developement కి Maintenance కి...
Promotion కి Salary hike కి...
Product development company కి Service oriented company కి...
వీటన్నిటి మధ్య differences నేర్చుకున్నావ్....
ELT నుండి PA లెవెల్ కి వొచ్చావ్...
Senior employees కి కూడా భయపడే స్టేజ్ నుంచి PL ని కూడా ఎదిరించే స్థాయి కి వొచ్చావ్...
ఇచిన వర్క్ ని Deadline వరకు ఎలా extend చేయాలో నేర్చుకున్నావ్...
Sick leave ని ఎలా వాడుకోవాలో తెలుసుకున్నావ్...
Transfer కోసం ప్రయత్నించడం ఎంత కష్టమో తెలుసుకున్నావ్...
Appraisal లో ని అసలు అర్ధం తెలుసుకున్నావ్...
Onsite కి వెళ్ళడానికి అవసరమైన factors ఏంటో తెలుసుకున్నావ్...

Industry కి ఎవరూ first 2 years లోనే ఏదో సాధించాలని రారు చందూ...
Onsite కి వెళ్ళడానికో, next మంచి కంపెనీ కి jump అవడానికో
లేదా MBA చేయడానికో అవసరమైన experience తెచ్చుకోవడానికి వొస్తారు..
and by the way I see it, you gained a good experience in these 2 years....
